Delivery
A delivery fee of $8.80 apples to all orders.
Please note that orders of cold foods will be delivered within an hour prior to delivery time.
Where no heating facilities are on site hot orders will arrive as close to the function time as possible.
If access is not available at the time of delivery we may not be able to wait and your order may have to be redelivered a second time.
Please ensure access is available.
Terms of Trade
- Corporate catering – 30 days
- Functions 14 days from the date of invoice
- Late payment incurs a 10% administration fee
GST
All prices are inclusive of the Australian Goods and Services Tax.
Catering order alterations
We require that all next-day catering orders are placed by 3.30pm on the day prior to delivery
If additions are required contact us and we will do our very best to ensure you are able to receive them.
Pricing
Prices are correct at time of printing and are quoted on current costs.
Prices may vary without notice.
Due to seasonal changes we may need to adapt menus without notice.
Payment
The following payment options are accepted:
- Company cheque
- VISA a 2% surcharge applies
- MasterCard a 2% surcharge applies
- Cash on delivery
Please remember that late payment incurs a 10% administration fee.
Confirmation
All orders received by web, fax or email are not confirmed until a member of our staff contacts you to confirm via phone.
Cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible for cancellation of orders.
Same day cancellations will not be accepted.
Staff charges will apply if staff are cancelled within 24 working hours of your function.
Lost or broken equipment
Any lost or broken equipment will be charged at replacement cost.
Some equipment deliveries will incur a $60.00 delivery charge.

Your privacy is of utmost importance to you and therefore we will always act to protect your personal information carefully and securely and use it on a 'needs basis' only. Your details will not be used for purposes unrelated to the services we provide.
We may obtain your personal information and details for a number of reasons:
